Began using Yellowfish last year(2011) and have been very pleased with service.Have recommended to friends.As a frequent traveller to Portugal I think the loyalty scheme is an excellent idea especially now that is updated online.We will be returning to Portugal in August and look forward to using Yellowfish again.As your driver took my loyalty card with 6 points,I trust you will be able to update my points total prior to our next trip.Thank you again for providing an excellent service.
We couldnt find the driver on arrival at Faro because we were looking for a tunnel and a "white tent", as per your instructions. We couldnt find the white tent but just as I was about to ring you I saw your driver with his yellow fish board. I would like to particularly mention this young man who picked us up from Faro and took us to the hotel his driving was most excellent, he drove very safely and courteously. Thank you.
We arrived the airport little bit too early and I had read the information about the meeting place wrong. So we didn't meet our driver right away but after some minutes of searching and calling to your help center I found him and we had a pleasent trip to our resort. Also we had very friendly driver. Driver who took us to the airport was already waiting for us when we got outside. So he came little bit earlier which was very nice. He also drove very safely and stopped at every red light although there was no cars at that time in the morning. Altogether, it was very comfortable and pleasent to use your company's services.

What a fantastic service, I’ve never had so courteous drivers, the whole experience was such a joy. I wouldn’t use any other transfer company now I’ve experienced what Yellowfish have to offer as standard.
Yellowfish are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The company is always reliable, on time and makes the customer feel relaxed. We have used Yellowfish previously and will definitely use them again. We have tried self-drive, other taxis and transfers and you stand out from the alternatives. I was unable to rate wifi as we don't use it but the system was clearly explained. Many thanks to you all.
